Privacy Policy

Creative Republic Limited is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and candidates. The Company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services – in doing so, the Company acts as a data controller. When you supply any personal information to Creative Republic Limited, we collect that information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

• CV and if applicable Portfolio

• Job preference, role, location and salary
• Passport or Visa Status

We may also collect information from you for HMRC reporting (as required by law)
• National Insurance Number
• Date of Birth
• Umbrella Company Details
• Limited Company Name
• VAT Number (if applicable)
• Business Bank Details

Collection and use of personal data
Any information you provide to Creative Republic Limited will only be used internally within the organisation to help the recruitment process. It will never be supplied to anyone external to Creative Republic Limited without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. We do not use any automated decision processes. Personal data shall not be transferred to a country or territory outside the EEA unless that country or territory ensures an adequate level of protection or the appropriate safeguards are in place for your rights and freedoms. Before such a transfer takes place outside of the EEA, we will provide you with further information concerning this.

Data Retention
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time. The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services. We must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.

• The right to rectification of your personal data;
• The right to erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
